Foti
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Hey, I’m Foti – a laid-back, patient and genuinely caring support worker who believes everyone deserves to feel respected, heard and included. I love building real connections, whether it’s helping with daily routines, sharing a joke, or supporting someone to chase their goals.
I’m a proud family man – my world revolves around my partner and kids, and that’s taught me patience, teamwork and how much the little moments matter. When I’m not at home or on shift, you’ll find me gaming (from old-school platformers to big RPGs), camping with the family under the stars, or out fishing at dawn.
Those hobbies keep me grounded and remind me why downtime and simple joys are so important for everyone. I bring that same calm, positive energy to every shift, ready to support people to live life their way.

SUPPORT WORKER
I’m a compassionate and dedicated support worker with a background in childcare and pharmacy. I’ve spent several years providing high-quality care and education to children aged 2–6, and I also took on the responsibility of opening, closing, and helping supervise the childcare centre. During that time, I worked closely with children with a wide range of needs, including neurodivergent children (Autism, ADHD, VPD), those with language delays, and children with physical challenges. Now, as a disability support worker, I bring the same patience, organisation, and commitment to helping others thrive. Supporting people and making a positive impact in their everyday lives is truly what I love to do.

I’m comfortable assisting with daily activities, getting out in the community, keeping routines on track, and just being someone reliable and approachable. I’m naturally social and love having a laugh, chatting, and building genuine connections.
